Anyone available February 2nd to do a jewelry-making party?

Hi members,
Here's a unique request . . . I was approached by someone directly to see if I can do a jewelry-making party for them on Saturday, February 2nd in the afternoon. Since I am growing my home-based parties like this, I'd love to capitalize on this lead but have plans to be away that weekend. I am willing to train/hire others on the 26th of January to do this party for me if there is interest.
The only catch is that there is an estimated 50 people on the invitation list. I am going to contact the organizer today to discuss ideas for party format since this may be too large for what I traditionally offer.
If you have ideas regarding how to structure the party and/or are interested/available on the afternoon of the 2nd of February, please email/call me to discuss.
