I got your email about adding a friend. I explored the Organizer pages and don't think I have the ability to add people to an RSVP. It seems to be set up so the site tracks how many join the group AND RSVP - that is they need to do both to end up in the RSVP total. So I think your friend needs to sign up herself - although I don't think it's a big deal at this point. I look forward to seeing you both next week.
