I thought this would be easy to find but I am I am having a hard time with this.

I am looking for someone who makes or sells an inexpensive but quality sterling or gold ring settings. I just want the ring body with the prongs. I DON'T NEED rings with jewels or stones already set. I want to put my own solitary stone in them. I see these rings all the time with cheap cubic Zirconias in them. They need to look like an solitaire engagement ring. But I just want the ring body. NO STONES.

I am looking for these in bulk. 50 or 100 count at a time. This is turning out to be such a challenge. I thought I could easily have these imported from china or such a place. But Its easy to get the rings WITH the stones but every time I tried to explain what I needed from a wholesaler they couldn't understand. (most of them spoke Chinese and would just say. ?My rings are good. You buy pretty rings? Yes?

Then I found one person that wanted to charge me 6 dollars a ring!!! I can get them WITH THE STONES for less then 99 cents a ring but they wanted to sell me the settings for 6 bucks.....ha-ha

This has gotten me a little frustrated, I could try to pop out the stones but I am not a skilled at making jewelry as the rest of you and I am sure I will break off most of the little prongs...ha

If anybody knows the name of a ring wholesaler or maker that would understand English and be able to fill this type of order. I would love to hear from you. Please help!

I buy pretty rings...yes!

You have seven options:
1. www.propertyroom.com
2. www.bidz.com
3. Shavonne Jewelry
4. JTV.com (maybe)
5. Fire Mountain Gems.com
6. Buy the rings and pull out the stones
sell the stones loose
7. Fine a vo-tech school teaching set work

Hope this helps.
