We are a group of like-minded Steampunks (and other individuals with interests in science fiction, fantasy, and art), who visit convensions, concerts and other events en masse. The League holds regular meetings every month. We also hold frequent impromptu meetings. The location of our meetings changes frequently -- in order to sufficiently avoid the authorities. … Often this event takes place at a restaurant for dinner but we also have tried our skill at making jewelry. Some months, all we need is a little cafe and chatting time together at the local coffee shop. We work on any and all krafting projects -knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidery, felt, beading. Any project that's portable, bring it on!  We get together to provide support and community. We bring PHD - projects half done - those projects we've been meaning to finish, but don't seem to do them on our own.
