Orange Belt Mineral Society established in 1933 to promote interest and education in geology, lapidary, and silversmithing skills. Members use the workshop in San Bernardino, California to make jewelry and home furnishing items out of rock and metal. Anyone may join who is interested in hunting for rocks, cutting and shaping rocks, and making jewelry or other items from rocks. Workshop: 205 W. I’m starting this group with the hopes of meeting ladies of all ages that like to craft, cook and share recipes, love to learn to make new thing. All Ideas welcomed. I make a variety of things myself and mostly use it for gift giving. This group meets every Tuesday 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. We will discuss all things homemade and do different projects that we mutually agree look interesting or fun. It will also be “you time” with chit chatting, refreshment, snacks and goodies.
